Who Needs a Will?:

Everybody who is alive today probably needs a will. But there are certain people who need it more than others. Good example, a young person, 25, maybe has one or two children, married, they’re not thinking that they -- that their life or lives might come to an end quickly. But that’s the very person who it’s absolutely vital and critical that they have a will. If nothing else, to make sure that if something terrible happens, run over by a tank truck, that his or her children are provided for and that -- that there are decision makers who are there in that will to take care of the children, take care of the spouse, and make sure that that the state doesn’t unnecessarily get involved. In my opinion anyone who’s walking around who is an adult should have a will.
